Digital advice - the mass market solution
About 5% of KiwiSaver growth funds customers switched to conservative funds during the March quarter, these customers have missed out on the recovery losing out on thousands of dollars. Some providers saw more than 10% of customers switch out.
At Kōura, we had less than 1% of our customer base switch to conservative funds during this period. That is a great customer outcome - because they did not switch, our customers benefited from the 30%+ market rally we have seen since mid-March.
