We know that times are tough out there...

The cost of living is rising and the risk of a recession has many people on edge.

Our Kōura financial resilience survey (link to page) found that in this economic environment more people were feeling stressed about their finances, and many people had difficulty remaining invested in markets during this  time. 

If you are experiencing hardship and stress due to the current financial environment, we have put together a list of resources that you can go to for help.

  1. Citizens Advice Bureau: Provides free and confidential advice on financial matters, including budgeting. Website
