Another week, another interest rate hike (or at least it feels like it), and unfortunately mortgage rates increase with it. But that has meant the housing market has supposedly started to cool, so in the latest episode, Rupert and Darcy take this as an opportunity to give an update on the current climate and look to the past to help provide us with a few extra lessons.
