Kōura November-December 2021 Prize Terms and Conditions

One randomly selected winner who meets the below prize entry requirements will win their choice of either a $750 cash prize or $1,500 deposited into their kōura KiwiSaver account.

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to all New Zealand residents, except employees (and their immediate families) of the promoter, kōura Wealth trading as kōura KiwiSaver (kōura).
3. The promotion closes at midday 16th December 2021.
4. To enter and be in to win the prize, you must have become a kōura Wealth client between the period of 1st November 2021 and 15th December 2021.
5. There is one prize, the winner will be able to choose between receiving either;
   • NZD$750 cash deposited into their nominated New Zealand bank account, or
   • Have NZD$1,5000 deposited into their kōura KiwiSaver account
6. The prize draw will be conducted at 1pm 16th December 2021. The first person randomly drawn who meets all entry conditions will be the winner.
7. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone. If the winner does not claim the prize by midday 23rd December 2021, they will forfeit their prize and their prize will be redrawn. Further, if a winner is unable to use the prize, the prize will be forfeited.
8. The winner may be required to participate in publicity as a result of the promotion.
9. The winner consents to kōura KiwiSaver using their likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording) in any media for an unlimited period of time without payment to promote this competition (including any outcome) and any kōura KiwiSaver products.
10. kōura reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry. Any incorrect entrant details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid.
11. Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed in any other form other than what is specified within these terms and conditions.
12. In the event of any dispute, kōura’s decision is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, kōura can substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. kōura reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this promotion at any time.
14. By entering this competition, you agree that your information may be collected and used by kōura for the purposes of administering this competition and marketing to you in respect of their products and/or services and agree to their Privacy Policy, available here.
